"Smile" Philippines

I'm posting some of the videos my team makes so that you can have a better idea of what our team is a part of. This video just about has me in tears every time I watch it. Thanks Jenae for allowing me to post this.

Hi Tyler, Yes I can see why this brings tears in your eyes: it does the same to me. I guess that, no matter where you are in this trip, the children will tug on your heart strings and continue to touch you where it 'hurts'. Did you know that Erika is now doing her Faith Bible College practicum at the Homes of Hope? She will be there for three weeks, working with the children through an art program she designed which is going to help them identify with God, their respective cultures, and Whanau. It will be amazing;in the end the kids will have a mini exhibition and I hope to take photos of it (under false names) to show on line to you and the team. Love to you, you are often 'on my mind'.

I just returned from the Philippines. I was in Pasig City June 5-18 this year, May-July 2009 and also June 2008. I'm currently trying to find a way to get back to the Philippines, more specifically Manila and Pasig, for full-time missions.
